Accessible parking is located on Currier Street, between Northern Stage’s Administrative & Production building and The Village at White River Junction. While it is a longer walk to the Barrette Center for the Arts from these spots, no stairs are required. The Barrette Center for the Arts is wheelchair accessible.

If you don’t feel like driving, the White River Junction Amtrak Station is just steps from Northern Stage! The Vermonter Train stops here twice a day.
There are many places to stay near White River Junction! The Norwich Inn and The Woodstock Inn, members of our Producers’ Club, are both within a fifteen minute drive from the theater. White River Junction and the neighboring Lebanon, NH are also home to an abundance of chain and boutique hotels. Peak tourist season in the area tends to be from late-September through October, so if you’re visiting us during that time, we recommend planning ahead.
The Upper Valley also has many wonderful dining options. Thyme Restaurant, Tuckerbox, Big Fatty’s BBQ, Elixir, and RedCan are all restaurants within walking distance to the theater. A short drive away is our Education Sponsor, Hanover Brick n’ Brew Pizzeria. Or, you could journey into West Lebanon, NH for more restaurant options, both chain favorites and locally owned gems.
Northern Stage has a concession stand open through Intermission of each performance, where we sell snacks and beverages, including baked goods from King Arthur Baking Company and beer from our neighbors at River Roost Brewery.
Northern Stage’s Box Office will be closed from Friday, August 21 through Tuesday, August 25 for administrative training. We will not be able to respond to phone calls or emails during this time, nor take any in-person sales.
