by Conor McPherson
directed by Peter Hackett
In a windswept Irish town, the regulars at a local pub gather for pints, stories, and shelter from the storm. But when an unfamiliar young woman joins them at the pub, the tales turn haunting as she surprises them with a haunting story of her own. Atmospheric and poetic, The Weir is a modern masterpiece about human connection in unexpected places from acclaimed Irish playwright Conor McPherson.
