All discounts, coupons, and special offers must be applied at time of purchase. Most discounts can only be applied over the phone or in person, as the Box Office staff must verify and approve discounted tickets. If you are in any doubt, please call the Box Office. We would love to help you and speak to you in person.
If you arrive past the scheduled start time of your performance, our Front of House staff may seat you at an appropriate time and in a non-disruptive location. You may relocate to your ticketed seat at intermission. Thank you for your understanding as we try to create the best experience for our cast and patrons.
Please let us know in advance if you cannot make it to your scheduled performance. No refunds or exchanges will be given for unused tickets without prior warning.
The show must go on! Northern Stage does not usually cancel performances, however, in the event of a cancellation, patrons will be notified by email at least two hours before the scheduled show. This email will also include next steps on how to use your ticket for a future performance. In addition, a banner announcing the cancelled performance will be added to the homepage of our website.
Northern Stage welcomes children ages 5 and up at all performances. While we understand some younger children may be ready for live theater, we may ask any disruptive audience member, including young children, to leave the performance. Refunds or rebooking will be offered at the discretion of management.
Families with children are encouraged to call the box office to discuss seating near exits, in case children need to leave the theater mid-performance.
Children under 5 are welcome at relaxed matinees, which are designed with younger audiences and neurodiverse patrons in mind.
We know we are in business because of you. We strive to provide excellent customer service and enjoy talking with our patrons on the phone! If you have any questions or concerns, please call us before you book your seats. We make our tickets as transferable as possible, but they are non-refundable, and we want to make sure all your questions are answered before you make your purchase.
