Northern Stage depends on the dedication and talent of a growing family of community volunteers to keep our theater running smoothly and to provide critical support to our artists, administrators, and production staff. The gift of time is a precious one. Your time and efforts help allow us to do what we do best – changing lives one story at a time through the joy of theater.
Our volunteering opportunities include ushering for performances, hanging posters in exchange for tickets to a show, and other occasional miscellaneous events.
Volunteer Eligibility
In order to volunteer with us, you need to:
- Be at least 16 years old
- Have reliable transportation to and from the theater
- Be able to stand/walk for about an hour
- Be able to lift 5-10 pounds
- Have a can-do, positive attitude
